How a website project works.

Four clear steps, with you involved at each one. Timelines depend on the agreed scope and how quickly content is ready.

  1. 01

    Understand your business

We talk through your customers, goals and what the project must include, then agree the scope in writing.

  2. 02

    Design the experience

You review the page structure, content and visual direction before anything is built, and tell us what to change.

  3. 03

    Build and review

We build in stages and share a working preview link so you can check progress on your own phone and computer and send feedback.

  4. 04

    Launch and handover

We run final checks, connect your domain and hand over the agreed accounts and access.

Custom software takes a little more

Booking systems, portals and business tools need extra discovery and testing, because they handle your real records and daily work. These projects follow a longer process.

  1. 01

    Discovery

We look closely at how the work is done today, who uses it, and which records and rules matter.

  2. 02

    Scope and plan

We agree what the first version includes, what can wait, and how success will be judged.

  3. 03

    Build in stages

We build and review in stages so you can try real screens early and adjust before launch.

  4. 04

    Testing

We test with realistic data and the people who will use it, including the unusual cases.

  5. 05

    Launch and handover

We move to live use, help your team get started and hand over the agreed access.

After launch

Ongoing support, updates and maintenance are not automatically included. If you'd like them, we agree what's covered and quote it separately.
